Boost your nonprofit board’s impact and lessen your administrative load by streamlining committees.

This session will explore ways to design and implement an effective committee structure, by covering core board duties through Finance, Governance, and Executive committee functions. We’ll also discuss the difference between board-led and staff-led committees and clarify roles of staff and board for each as well, including how to develop a clear board charter for each. There will also be time to discuss a few case studies and what steps should be taken to improve board committee effectiveness in each case.

Board members are welcome to attend also… good board governance is a team effort and we would be glad to have your board members join you!
